A man has been arrested for allegedly asking for nude photographs from the minor daughter of a Bollywood actor during online gaming. The Maharashtra Nodal Cyber Cell made the arrest following allegations that the minor was asked to send explicit images while connected virtually.According to officials, the actor's 13-year-old daughter was playing an online game when an unidentified person initiated a conversation with her. After initial small talk, the accused allegedly began engaging in obscene behaviour and demanded nude photographs from the minor.

When the child narrated the episode to her family, a complaint was filed after the actor approached cyber officials. Taking serious note of the matter, the Cyber Cell launched an immediate investigation and the accused was arrested, said Yashaswi Yadav, Head of the Maharashtra Cyber Department.
Notably, during a cyber awareness programme in October last year, the actor revealed that an individual had sent inappropriate messages to his daughter while she was playing an online game, TV9 Marathi said in a report.
How the accused was nabbed
The accused was identified and arrested through technical analysis and digital tracking. Following the arrest, he is currently being interrogated to determine if he has engaged in similar misconduct with other children, TV9 Marathi said.
