Walsons Securitas India Elevates Gauri Grover As Chief Operating Officer
Walsons Securitas India has appointed Gauri Grover as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), expanding her leadership responsibilities after more than 16 years with the organisation.In her new role, Grover will continue to oversee her existing portfolio while additionally leading the company's Operations and Sales functions. The move is aimed at strengthening alignment across business verticals, enhancing operational agility and delivering greater value to clients.
A long-serving leader at Walsons Securitas India, Grover has played a key role in building the company's client service capabilities, driving innovation and delivering operational excellence. Over the years, she has contributed significantly to business transformation initiatives and the development of customer-focused operating models.
Prior to her elevation, Grover led a business with annual revenues exceeding ₹250 crore, overseeing a workforce of more than 8,000 professionals across India. Her experience spans large-scale operations, business strategy, organisational transformation, P&L management, productivity improvement, cost optimisation and customer experience.
Known for combining operational discipline with a people-centric leadership approach, she has led initiatives focused on improving service delivery, developing scalable business solutions and building high-performing teams. She has also worked closely with senior business leaders to drive growth, operational efficiency and long-term organisational capability.
With her appointment as Chief Operating Officer, Walsons Securitas India is expected to further strengthen its operational leadership as it continues to expand its service offerings and deepen client engagement across the country.
