A significant development is the integration of Roboqbo into the UNOX Group. Roboqbo’s flagship Qbo Universal Processing System can mix, cut, refine, homogenise, cook, cool and pasteurise ingredients within a single automated unit, helping reduce manual intervention while improving hygiene, consistency and efficiency.
“We see strong potential for Roboqbo technologies in India, particularly across hospitality businesses, central kitchens, bakeries and food production facilities where efficiency and standardisation are becoming increasingly important. We are also exploring opportunities to introduce Roboqbo solutions in India in the near future,” adds Goel.
