Varun Yadav Joins Usha International As Head Of Marketing – Fans
Usha International has appointed Varun Yadav as Head of Marketing – Fans, where he will lead the marketing function for one of the company's flagship product categories.Announcing the appointment through a LinkedIn post, Yadav said the new role brings together his experience across brand marketing, product management and business strategy.
"I've had the opportunity to work across brand marketing, product management and business strategy. This new role allows me to bring those experiences together while leading the marketing journey for one of Usha's flagship categories," he wrote.
Yadav joins Usha International from Inalsa Home Appliances, where he served as National Head – Category & Sourcing. Prior to that, he was Category Head at Orient Electric, overseeing category management and business growth initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Yadav spent nearly three years at Bajaj Electricals, holding the positions of Category Head and Senior Product Manager. During his tenure, he contributed to the growth of the Morphy Richards portfolio and the company's NEX brand.
He has also held product and marketing roles at Kohler Co. and Panasonic India, building experience across consumer durables, product strategy and brand development.
With experience spanning category management, sourcing, product marketing and business strategy, Yadav's appointment is expected to strengthen Usha International's marketing efforts within the highly competitive fans segment.
The leadership move comes as consumer durable companies continue to invest in category-focused marketing and innovation to strengthen brand differentiation and drive growth across core product portfolios.
