Raffles Jaipur has launched The Masters, a culinary series featuring limited-edition collaborations with chefs and culinary professionals. The inaugural edition will take place at Arkaa on 10 and 11 July 2026. The first edition brings together Vicky Ratnani and Chef Jaydeep Patil, Executive Chef at Raffles Jaipur, for a four-hand dining experience. The five-course menu draws on Ratnani’s Sindhi culinary influences and Arkaa’s ethnobotanical approach to food.
According to Raffles Jaipur, the menu has been inspired by native and nomadic cultures associated with Rajasthan and will focus on regional ingredients and culinary traditions. The dining experience will include cocktail pairings prepared with heritage spirits, herbs and spices, alongside a wine selection curated for the menu.
Guests attending the event will also have the opportunity to interact with the chefs during the programme. The event will be held over two evenings at Arkaa and will be available on a limited-seating basis as part of Raffles Jaipur’s culinary calendar.
