ANI Private Resorts to open flagship Anguilla retreat in 2027

ANI Private Resorts has announced the opening of ANI Shoal Bay in January 2027, marking the debut of its new global flagship property on Anguilla's northern coastline. The 15-suite estate will join the brand's portfolio of private resorts in the Dominican Republic, Thailand and Sri Lanka.
Located along the Shoal Bay-Island Harbour Marine Park, the property has been designed exclusively for one group at a time, catering to multigenerational families, corporate retreats and private celebrations. The resort offers accommodation for up to 30 guests and operates with a dedicated one-to-one staff-to-guest ratio. Designed by architecture firm AW², led by partner architects Reda Amalou and Stéphanie Ledoux, the estate features contemporary tropical architecture that integrates with the surrounding landscape. 12 of the 15 ocean-facing suites are wheelchair accessible, while the signature Shoal Bay Suite includes a private rooftop deck overlooking the coastline.
Facilities include a private beach club with cabanas, dining spaces, bar and kitchen, a spa equipped with a hydrotherapy circuit comprising a steam room, cold plunge and open-air jacuzzi, a fitness centre with Technogym equipment, yoga and meditation spaces, a children's club with its own pool and waterslide, tennis and pickleball courts, a putting green, multiple swimming pools, and complimentary water sports including snorkelling, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding and Hobie Cats.
Guests will also have access to bespoke dining prepared by private chefs, wellness programmes, curated island experiences and personalised itineraries managed by a resident general manager and guest experience curator.
Tim Reynolds, Founder of ÀNI Private Resorts, said, "Coming back to Anguilla is deeply personal. This is where ANI began, not simply as a property, but as a way of thinking about travel. It was never about creating another luxury destination. It was about creating a space where people could truly be together without barriers, and where each stay contributes to the place that hosts it."
Yeshi Phuntsho, CEO, ÀNI Private Resorts, added, "Luxury today is no longer defined by access; it is defined by freedom. The freedom to shape one's time, enjoy complete privacy, and be fully present with the people who matter most. As luxury continues to evolve from ownership toward experience, what guests value most is genuine connection. At ANI, we have always believed that the most meaningful travel is shared, and ANI Shoal Bay is our most complete expression of that belief: a place where privacy, presence, and togetherness create an environment in which guests feel entirely at home together."
The property also provides access to the ANI Art Academies in Anguilla, where guests can meet local artists and purchase original artworks, supporting the group's philanthropic initiative focused on providing tuition-free fine art education to aspiring artists.
