M3M India to deliver 1,000 premium homes
M3M India, a leading premium real estate developer, has started the process to deliver 1,000 homes at its premium low-rise residential development, M3M Antalya Hills in Gurugram.The project forms part of one of the city’s largest integrated low-rise townships and in the first phase, about 100 families are expected to move into their new homes.
The handover comes at a time when demand for low-rise independent floor developments continues to rise, driven by homebuyers seeking greater privacy, spacious living, and community-centric environments. Since its launch, M3M Antalya Hills has witnessed strong interest from both end-users and investors, reflecting the growing preference for premium low-density housing in Gurugram.

Homes launched at about ₹8,950–9,000 per sq. ft. in 2023 are currently valued at about ₹14,500–14,950 per sq. ft., translating into an appreciation of nearly 40–50 per cent in a little over three years. With possession now underway, both homeowners and investors stand to benefit from the project’s strong value creation and long-term growth potential.
