Hyatt signs Grand Hyatt hotel in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe
Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced plans to open Grand Hyatt Victoria Falls The Kingdom in late 2027 following the signing of a management agreement between a Hyatt affiliate and an affiliate of Albwardy Investments LLC.The hotel will become Hyatt's second branded property in Zimbabwe and will be located in Victoria Falls, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Originally built in 1966 and redeveloped in 1999, the property is set to undergo a renovation and repositioning under the Grand Hyatt brand ahead of its reopening.
The future hotel will be located within walking distance of the Victoria Falls rainforest and will offer access to regional safari circuits, guided tours and cultural attractions. Upon opening, guests will be able to earn and redeem World of Hyatt benefits at the property.

The property is expected to feature 245 guestrooms, 1,800 sqm of meeting and event space, three dining venues, a spa, fitness centre and lobby lounge.
