Nice Interactive Solutions India Pvt Ltd has leased 1.63 lakh sq ft at Embassy Tech Zone 1.5 Rhine in Hinjewadi, Pune, in a fresh five-year deal starting November 15, 2025, according to real estate analytics firm Propstack.
The lease covers floors 2, 3, 4 and 8, with the lease commencing November 15, 2025. The company will pay a monthly rent of about ₹78.2 lakh at ₹48 per sq ft.
The five-year agreement includes a security deposit of ₹5.58 crore and a 15% escalation in rent after two years.
Pune office market has been growing, and is expected to grow with increasing meto connectivity, says industry experts.
According to real estate consultant Vestian, the new supply of office space was the highest in Pune at 3.70 million sq ft during the July-September period, an increase of 164 per cent from the year-ago period.
