Hilton has been ranked India's No.1 Best Company to Work For by Great Place to Work for the fourth consecutive year, becoming the only hospitality company to secure the top position for four years in a row. The recognition highlights the company's workplace culture initiatives across its operations in India, where it employs more than 5,500 team members.
Great Place to Work, a global workplace culture and research firm, assesses organisations through two key parameters. The Trust Index Survey, which accounts for 75 per cent of the evaluation, measures employee feedback on factors such as leadership, workplace relationships and organisational pride. The remaining 25 per cent is based on the Culture Audit, which evaluates leadership values, people practices and organisational effectiveness.
Hilton has its people strategy focussed on employee recognition, career development, wellbeing and flexibility. The brand has introduced several initiatives, including recognition programmes, learning and development platforms, mental health support and caregiving benefits aimed at supporting employees throughout their careers.
