Resha Naik returns to Novotel Goa Resort & Spa and Novotel Goa Candolim as Marketing & Communications Manager. Having previously worked to strengthen their market presence and execute many marketing initiatives, Naik brings hospitality marketing experience and an understanding of the brands.
In her new role, Naik will focus on strengthening the market positioning of Novotel Goa Candolim among leisure and MICE travellers in North Goa. She will also lead the marketing initiatives supporting the relaunch of the renovated room product planned at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa in October 2026.
Naik began her hospitality career in Leisure Reservations before moving into Sales and subsequently transitioning into Marketing & Communications. Her experience spans operational and commercial functions, providing her with a perspective on hospitality business strategy and brand development. Over the course of her career, she has held marketing and commercial roles with hospitality brands including Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Accor in Dubai. Her expertise includes integrated marketing, brand positioning, digital strategy, content development, public relations, media relations and strategic partnerships.
