DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square has appointed Mayank Takkar as Food & Beverage Manager. In his new role, Takkar will oversee the hotel's food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting and in-room dining. His responsibilities will include enhancing dining experiences, strengthening service standards, supporting revenue growth and overseeing the property's food and beverage portfolio.
Takkar brings more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on food and beverage management. Before joining DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square, he served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton Jaipur, where he managed multiple food and beverage operations and contributed to revenue and guest satisfaction initiatives.
During his career, he has held leadership positions with hospitality brands including Marriott Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, Westin Gurgaon, Andaz by Hyatt and Trident Gurgaon. A graduate of IHM Gwalior, Takkar's experience spans food and beverage operations, revenue management, guest relations, team development, event management and service delivery.
