Casagrand, the Chennai-based real estate developers, has launched of Casagrand Keystone, a gated community residential project in Rakkiyapalayam, off Avinashi Road, in Tiruppur.
Spread across 2.2 acres and designed in a B+G+5 floor classical-style structure, the development houses 142 spacious 2 and 3 BHK homes, says a release.
The company has introduced it at a starting price of ₹5,199 per sq. ft. Casagrand Keystone dedicates 1.3 acres to open space, including close to 24,500 sq. ft. central park that serves as active social zones. A 6,800 sq. ft. clubhouse anchors the development, offering a multipurpose hall, mini theatre and indoor recreation facilities, while a 5100 sq. ft. swimming pool, poolside party plaza and barbeque counter create leisure-led experiences for residents, says the release.
