AI-powered trade enablement platform TeXim.in has appointed Abhishek Shrivastava as Director & Chief Strategy and People Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company expands its AI-driven trade automation platform and accelerates its growth strategy.
In his new role, Shrivastava will lead the company's strategic growth and people agenda, aligning business priorities with organisational capabilities and talent strategies to support its next phase of expansion. He will also oversee leadership development, organisational transformation and workforce capability initiatives while helping scale TeXim.in's AI-powered solutions for exporters and importers.
Shrivastava brings more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning business strategy, organisational transformation, talent management and AI-enabled business innovation.

During his tenure at Accenture, he managed talent procurement programmes valued at more than $100 million and oversaw flexible workforce strategies, annual hiring of over 30,000 professionals and governance across more than 600 strategic partners supporting global operations.
Across his career, he has led workforce and recruitment programmes supporting more than 100,000 hires annually across India, the Asia-Pacific region and international markets. His expertise spans executive stakeholder management, workforce planning, cloud and technology hiring, digital recruitment transformation and GenAI-enabled talent strategies. |
