BENGALURU: A couple died and two others suffered grievous injuries when a sirenblaring ambulance shot through traffic lights, knocked down two motorbikes and climbed onto a footpath before screeching to a wobbly halt at Kengal Hanumanthaiah Junction late Saturday night.The deceased — Ismail Nathar Dabapu, 40, and wife Sameen Banu, 33, from Bhatkal in Uttara Kannada — lived in Sudhamanagar. They are survived by two daughters and a son, who study in classes 2, 5, and 7.
