Kabaddi is a traditional Indian sport that has gained international recognition. The points system in kabaddi is quite unique and forms the core of the game\“s strategy.

In kabaddi, points are scored in several ways. A raider scores a point by touching one or more defenders and returning to their half successfully. This is called a \“raid point\“. If a raider touches multiple defenders, they score one point for each defender touched.

Defenders can also score points by preventing the raider from returning to their half. This is called a \“tackle point\“. When defenders successfully tackle a raider, the defending team scores one point.

Additional points can be scored through \“bonus points\“ and \“all-out\“. A bonus point is awarded when a raider crosses the bonus line while the opposing team has six or seven defenders. An all-out occurs when all defenders are declared out, awarding two additional points to the opposing team.

The team with the most points at the end of the match wins. Each match typically consists of two halves of 20 minutes each, with a five-minute break in between.
