Brahmastra Explosives and Ammunition has signed a partnership agreement with Saudi Arabia-based Nadrah Trading Company to support defence logistics, market management and programme coordination in the Kingdom. The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the World Defence Show 2026 in Riyadh.
The collaboration aims to establish a framework for cooperation in areas such as defence market advisory, tender coordination, regulatory processes, end-user engagement and programme execution within Saudi Arabia’s defence sector.
According to the companies, the partnership combines Nadrah Trading’s local market expertise with Brahmastra’s manufacturing capabilities in explosives, propellants and ammunition to address operational requirements across the Kingdom.
The agreement is expected to provide Brahmastra with a structured pathway to engage with the Saudi defence market while expanding its international presence. It also aligns with India’s broader push to promote indigenous defence manufacturing and increase global defence partnerships.
Karan Singh Wilkhoo, Director at Brahmastra Explosives and Ammunition, said the Saudi market represents a strategic opportunity for the company and that the partnership would help integrate local expertise with indigenous manufacturing capabilities.
Both firms stated that the arrangement reflects a shared intent to strengthen stakeholder engagement and support future defence opportunities while contributing to long-term defence cooperation between India and Saudi Arabia. |
