Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC) and Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre – Managed by Accor have appointed Kali Prasad Shadangi as Food & Beverage Manager.
Shadangi brings over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in food and beverage operations, banquet management, guest experience, revenue management and team leadership. During his career, he has worked with hospitality brands including Taj Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International and Accor.
Prior to joining JECC and Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre, Shadangi was associated with Le Méridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, part of Marriott International, as Banquet and Restaurant Manager. In this role, he will manage food and beverage operations, banquet venues and restaurant functions, while overseeing revenue generation and guest satisfaction initiatives.
His professional experience includes managing banquet facilities, dining venues and large-scale events. He has also worked across areas such as budgeting, cost control, inventory management, staff training and operational planning.
