Marriott International has signed an agreement with MS Group to introduce the first JW Marriott-branded hotel in Nepal. The property, JW Marriott Hotel Kathmandu Valley, is expected to open in early 2031 and will strengthen the company's luxury hospitality portfolio in South Asia. Located on the Kathmandu–Bhaktapur route, approximately 20 minutes from Tribhuvan International Airport, the hotel will form part of a mixed-use development that will also include retail, entertainment and a separately operated casino.
