Suba Hotels Ltd. has appointed Kevin Ashley Martis as Vice President – Sales & Marketing. In his new role, he will lead the sales and marketing functions across the company's portfolio, which includes Suba Hotels, Click Hotels & Resorts, GenX Hotels, RnB Hotels, and the Choice Hotels brands—Clarion, Quality and Comfort.
Martis brings more than 20 years of experience in the Indian hospitality industry, with expertise in sales, marketing, business development, revenue generation, brand positioning and market expansion.
Prior to joining Suba Hotels, Martis served as Associate Vice President – Sales & Marketing (West) at Concept Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. He was responsible for sales and marketing initiatives for The Fern Hotels & Resorts and Series by Marriott portfolio across Western India. During his tenure of over a decade, he held several leadership positions and contributed to the company's commercial growth.
He began his hospitality career with the Bawa Group of Hotels before moving to SunCity Hotels and later Sahara Star, Mumbai. He subsequently worked with VITS Hotels & Resorts and Lotus Resorts under Kamat Hotels India Ltd., followed by Meluha The Fern, An Ecotel Hotel, where he further strengthened his experience in hospitality sales and marketing.
At Suba Hotels, Martis will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales and marketing strategy across key business segments. His responsibilities include driving revenue growth, strengthening brand visibility, expanding strategic partnerships and supporting the group's expansion plans across India. |
