ANM Global, headquartered in Mumbai, has elevated Shwetank Tripathi from Partner Designate to Partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property team, effective 1st July 2026.
With over 13 years in IP practice, Shwetank handles both prosecution and contentious matters across forums in India, advising clients in sectors ranging from FMCG and Pharma to Automobile and Media & Entertainment. He has appeared in contentious IP proceedings before the Bombay, Delhi, and Madras High Courts and the Hon’ble Supreme Court, and was named a ‘Partner – Next Generation’ by Legal 500 in 2026. Beyond his client work, he is closely involved in the firm’s knowledge management efforts.
Speaking on the elevation, Nidhish Mehrotra, Managing Partner, said, “Over the years, Shwetank has handled some of our most demanding IP mandates with quiet confidence, moving seamlessly between prosecution and litigation. his elevation comes shortly after the firm announced the promotion of Shikha Goenka Ginodia to Equity Partner, taking the firm’s Equity Partner count to four.
