3Sixty Law Group, a multidisciplinary legal and advisory practice founded by Nishant Nigam, and Data>Nuance, a specialist data law and privacy technology consultancy founded by Kaustubh Shakkarwar, have entered into a strategic collaboration to jointly offer data law and privacy compliance services to clients in India, the UAE and beyond.
Both firms bring complementary strengths to the table – 3Sixty Law Group with its legal advisory depth across regulatory strategy, risk counsel and compliance guidance, and Data>Nuance with its technical capability in privacy engineering, data governance systems and compliance infrastructure.
Under the collaboration, the two firms will draw on each other’s expertise to extend a combined offering to their respective clients, whether an organisation is seeking to understand its legal obligations, build a compliance programme from the ground up, or implement the systems and processes needed to operate it. The initiative responds to a growing need among businesses, institutions and individuals for integrated support that closes the gap between legal obligation and practical execution. Recognising this, both firms have come together to serve clients who stand to benefit from a single, accountable team spanning legal and technical expertise.
Speaking about the association, Mr. Nishant Nigam, Founding & Managing Partner of 3Sixty Law Group, said “3Sixty is built on the idea of taking a wholisitc view of every client mandate, and data protection today cannot be solved by legal advice alone. This collaboration marks a definitive step forward in our shared ability to offer data protection services at a time when data law is among the fastest-moving areas of regulation, with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), the UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and comparable frameworks taking shape globally. With Data>Nuance, we are able to pair sound regulatory and risk counsel with real technical implementation, so clients get one accountable team instead of having to stitch together legal and technology vendors themselves. This collaboration lets us offer something genuinely complete, from interpreting the law to building the systems that comply with it.”
Mr. Kaustubh Shakkarwar, Founder of Data>Nuance, added “Most organisations don’t struggle because they don’t understand that a data protection law applies to them – they struggle because no one has translated that obligation into a system they can actually run. That is the problem Data>Nuance was built to solve, and partnering with 3Sixty Law Group lets us pair that practical, engineering-led approach with deep legal and regulatory judgment. Together, we can take a client all the way from a gap assessment to a fully implemented, audit-ready privacy programme.”
