SHOCKING: 8-year-old dies by suicide in Kerala's Thiruvananthapuram

In a heartbreaking incident, an eight-year-old died by suicide in Thiruvananthapuram district in Kerala.
According to media reports, the boy, identified as Shreyas, was found dead at his home in Chempazhanthy in Thiruvananthapuram district on Saturday.
The boy, a Class II student, allegedly took the extreme step after his mother scolded him for making noise.
A Malayala Manorama report said the boy and his twin brother were studying when their mother scolded the boy for making noise. Shreyas then went into his room and closed the door. 
The mother did not check on him as she thought the boy was sleeping. However, when he did not come out of the room after a long time, the mother broke open the door and found him hanging from the window with a cloth tied around his neck.
Although he was rushed to the hospital, the boy was declared brought dead.
A case of unnatural death has been registered by the police and an investigation is underway.
