KREEVA, the real estate arm of Kanodia Group, has announced the appointment of Ankur Balendu Dwivedi as Senior Vice President and Head of Sales, reinforcing its focus on accelerating growth and deepening customer engagement in India’s competitive real estate sector.
With more than two decades of experience across marquee developers such as BPTP, Emaar India, Mahindra Lifespace Developers, Bestech, and Anant Raj, Dwivedi has consistently delivered high sales growth and executed successful luxury and commercial property launches. In his previous role at BPTP, he achieved revenues exceeding ₹3,500 crore in FY 2024–25.
At KREEVA, Dwivedi will oversee sales operations and strategy across NCR, strengthening the company’s channel network and driving customer-centric expansion, particularly in the premium housing segment. Dr Gautam Kanodia, Founder of KREEVA and Kanodia Group, said his appointment aligns with the company’s ambition to lead in high-growth micro-markets such as Gurugram.
