Kapture CX has appointed Konica Khandelwal as Vice President – Middle East, strengthening its regional leadership as the company expands its Agentic AI-powered customer experience platform across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
Based in Dubai, Khandelwal will lead Kapture CX's growth strategy in the Middle East, with responsibility for enterprise sales, strategic partnerships and customer success. She will also support the company's efforts to expand AI adoption across sectors including BFSI, retail and the public sector, while strengthening regional capabilities around data residency and compliance.
Khandelwal brings over 18 years of experience in enterprise technology, artificial intelligence and digital transformation. Before joining Kapture CX, she led AI adoption programmes for government and public sector organisations at Inception, a G42 company. She has also held leadership roles at TONOMUS (NEOM ecosystem), Yellow.ai and Kore.ai, where she drove enterprise AI, sales and strategic partnership initiatives across the Middle East.
Commenting on the appointment, Sheshgiri Kamath, Co-founder and CEO of Kapture CX, said the Middle East remains a key strategic market for the company, adding that Khandelwal's experience in scaling enterprise AI businesses would help accelerate customer experience transformation across the region.
The appointment follows Kapture CX's recent pre-Series B funding and comes amid strong business momentum. Since raising its Series A round in 2023, the company says it has achieved fourfold revenue growth, reached profitability and now serves more than 1,000 enterprises across 18 countries. The latest funding will support its international expansion, particularly across the GCC, while advancing innovation in its Agentic AI platform. |
