JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity has appointed Khadija Kumcheang as Chef de Cuisine – Asian at K3 – New Delhi's Food Theatre. In her new role, Chef Khadija will oversee the Asian culinary programme at K3, including menu development and the property's Asian dining offerings. Originally from Thailand's Isan region, Kumcheang brings more than 15 years of culinary experience. She has worked with Marriott International and hospitality brands in the Middle East, with experience in Pan-Asian cuisine and hotel dining operations.
Before joining JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, she served as Senior Sous Chef at Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection, where she was involved in the opening and culinary operations of the hotel's Pan-Asian restaurant. She also worked with JW Marriott Dubai across specialty dining, all-day dining, banquet operations and culinary production.
