Bengaluru-based real estate major Sobha Ltd recorded a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹73 crore, up by 178 per cent. The revenue grew 52 per cent y-o-y to ₹1,469 crore.
Jagadish Nangineni, Managing Director, Sobha Limited, said that the company has completed 2.25 mn sq ft (1185 homes) in the first half of the year. “Improved profitability would reflect as we increase the volume of deliveries in higher margin projects. With a clear pipeline of 16.69 mn sq ft of future launches in the next six quarters, a strong balance sheet and a stable demand environment, we are well-positioned for growth and to capitalise on potential opportunities,” he said.
Quarterly sales value reached ₹1,903 crore, up 61 per cent y-o-y.
New area sold stood at 1.39 million sq ft, marking a 50 per cent y-o-y increase. The average price realisation was ₹13,648 per sq ft.
In the first half of FY26, the company achieved real estate sales of ₹3,981 crore, with a saleable area of 2.84 million sq ft.
Cashflows remained strong at ₹3,824 crore in total operational inflows, while net operational cashflow stood at ₹909 crore and net cashflow at ₹120 crore, according to its investor presentation.
During the period, the company launched or progressed 2.25 million sq ft across 13 towers, 9 villas and 1 plotted development, along with 1.65 million sq ft across three projects in two cities.
In Q2 FY26, the company sold 770 homes with a total saleable built-up area of 1,394,106 sq ft, at an average realisation of ₹13,648 per sq ft, amounting to a sales value of ₹1,903 crore.
Sales in Bengaluru grew 2.2x compared to the previous quarter, reaching ₹1,326 crore, driven by strong momentum in ongoing projects.
